Keep-fit for the over 50s
Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10am-10.30am, January-June and September-December
Until further notice the classes will continue on zoom instead of face-to-face.
£4 per lesson if booked in pre-arranged “blocks”
To be sure of a place, you are advised to book multiple sessions (generally blocks of 10 sessions)
£6 for occasional attendance.
This keep-fit class for the over 50s was established in 1986 and is for anyone who wants to stretch their body, strengthen their muscles and improve their overall flexibility.
The class is under the supervision of a very experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, thus every exercise can be adapted to the ability and general health of each participant. The group is purposely kept small, so that individual attention can be given.
