Terms and Conditions
The barn is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
The premises are to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, but we will endeavour to accommodate your personal needs if we possibly can.

We will respond as soon as possible.
No Pets and No Smoking in the Barn.
Your booking will only be secured once your deposit is paid.
Euro prices on request.
The remainder of your holiday has to be paid in full on the day of arrival.
On receipt of your deposit we will issue a deposit/booking confirmation, which will detail the dates of your holiday and the total cost for the period of your stay in the barn.
Prices exclude all heating and electricity charges.
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the owner’s prior permission.
Guests are responsible for the barn during the period of hire, the clean condition of the property, all utensils and equipment at the end of the hire and for taking all reasonable care of the barn and its contents.
The owners reserve the right to enter the Old Barn at any time for maintenance purposes etc.
