Keep-fit for the over 50s
Takes place every Thursday morning from 10.15am-11.15am January-June and September-December

£6 per lesson if booked in pre-arranged “blocks”
To be sure of a place, you are advised to book multiple sessions (generally about 2×17 lessons yearly)
£7 for occasional attendance

This keep-fit class for the over 50s was established in 1986 and is for anyone who wants to stretch their body, strengthen their muscles and improve their overall flexibility.

The class is under the supervision of a very experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, thus every exercise can be adapted to the ability and general health of each participant. The group is purposely kept small, so that individual attention can be given.
