Yoga in Sanskrit means union or one pointed awareness and
Nidra in Sanskrit means sleep

Yoga Nidra is a systematic technique of inducing deep relaxation of your whole Being on all levels; mental emotional and physical.

It is a relaxing, yet very powerful technique, which teaches you to relax consciously. It is a deep relaxation with inner awareness. In a way you can see it as “the body sleeps, but the mind is awake”.

Massage, Reiki, Physiotherapy, Relaxation, Energy Medicine, Individual Yoga/Yoga Therapy sessions are available on a daily basis. For any of the other Complementary Therapies or Services mentioned on the website, arrangements can be made with therapists who are connected to the centre, but not working at “Embrace” on a daily basis.
